Does the Terminal work without Wi‑Fi in the car?
It needs an internet connection: your phone's hotspot or a mobile Wi‑Fi puck is enough. Many taxis already have one.
Can each driver receive their own deposit?
Yes. Each franchisee or owner opens a Square account linked to their own bank account. A parent company with several vehicles can also run one account with multiple devices.
How does a whole fleet switch?
We recommend a pilot on one or two vehicles, then a wave-by-wave switch schedule, with the current provider cancelled as each contract comes due.
